2. DATE AND TIME OF PROMOTION
Promotion valid during a set redemption period (the “Promotional Period”), which will occur in 2027. Exact dates and times to be announced at a future date.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Members must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion. Eligible Jurisdictions (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction”):
-Daily Fantasy: Must be physically located in most US states, Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), MA, and VA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA.
-Pick6: Must be physically located in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and select jurisdictions in Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ AL/NE, 21+ AZ/MA/VA).
-Sportsbook: Must be physically located in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA (select parishes), MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, (PR (residents only) TN, VA, WY, WV or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ in DC/NH/WY) (19+ in CA-ONT).
-Casino: Must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, WV, or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).
-DK Horse: Must be a resident of AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MT, NY, OR, OH, PA, VA, WA, WV, and WY. Must be 18+ years of age or older (21+ AZ/IA/WA).
-Golden Nugget Online Casino: Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA, WV, or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).
-Jackpocket: Must be physically located in AZ, AR, CO, DC, ID, KS, ME, MA, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, or WV. Must be 18+ years of age or older. (19+ in NE, 21+ in AZ).
Members must be invited to receive this Promotion. Promotion is only valid for the intended recipient - Members who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible.
Members who have been gifted Onyx Tier status through a trial or status extension are not eligible. Members who are banned, on the Self Excluded list, or in a cool down period may not be eligible for this Promotion, and DraftKings cannot contact Member. Members with a chargeback on their account are not eligible for this Promotion until such chargeback is resolved before the end of the Selection Period. Any Member who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, fraud restriction, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. 4. REQUIRED ACTIONS
Promotion available only to Onyx Tier DraftKings Rewards members (“Members”) who have earned a minimum of 175,000 Tier Credits from 1/3/2026 at 3:00 AM ET through 1/3/2027 at 2:59 AM ET.
Members must have earned a minimum of 175,000 tier credits to be eligible for Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credit reward. A Member’s total accumulated tier credits from 1/3/26 at 3:00 AM ET through 1/3/27 at 2:59 AM ET determine how many Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credit are rewarded.
5. BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION AND LIMITATIONS
Customers who have completed the Required Actions will be rewarded as follows:
• 2 Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits for earning 175,000- 299,999 tier credits,
• 3 Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits for earning 300,000-499,999 tier credits,
• 4 Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits for earning 500,000- 749,999 tier credits,
• 5 Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits for earning 750,000- 999,999 tier credits; or
• 6 Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits for earning 1,000,000+ tier credits.
Members will earn 1 additional Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credit for each additional 250,000 tier credits earned after 1,000,000 tier credits. There is no maximum to the number of Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credit a Member can earn.
Members will receive the opportunity to redeem their Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credit for a selection of items, determined at DraftKings sole discretion, from the reward collection and must select their reward(s) during the Selection Period beginning in 2027. The entire collection of rewards and expanded details of each reward offering will be available prior to the Selection Period in 2027. Selection Period will occur in 2027 and will be announced at a later date. DraftKings reserves the right to change the reward collection at any time. Items in the reward collection will be listed between 1 and 20 Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits. There are no requirements to use all your rewarded Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits on one item if you are awarded multiple. Members must have a sufficient balance of Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits to redeem an item from the reward collection.
Prior to selecting rewards, each eligible Member will be told how many Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credits they have earned. In order to claim the gift and/or experience form the collection, Members must select an item from the provided collection during the Selection Period. If Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credit(s) are not used to select an item during the Selection Period, the Onyx Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Credit(s) will be forfeited. Additionally, all Members must verify their home address/email address prior to claiming the item. By selecting an item, the Members are giving DraftKings permission to share their contact information with the vendor responsible for fulfilling the reward for the sole purpose of fulfillment.
Shipping/handling information will be provided once a gift redemption has been completed. Gift redemptions are handled by a third party and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Third-party partners are not under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible or liable in any form for your redemption and use of the gift through the third party partner. Bonus rewards and any other products/services provided in connection with this promotion do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DraftKings of any information contained therein.
Chosen items are non-cashable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
Tier Credits are a form of player loyalty points (“Tier Credits”) offered by the DraftKings Rewards Program. Players with an active and valid account created and maintained pursuant to the applicable Terms of Use will be automatically enrolled in the Program and eligible to earn Tier Credits, subject to any requirement for eligibility set forth herein. A player’s eligibility for the Program and their Tier Credits balance may be revoked or modified by DraftKings at any time, for any reason or no reason. The provision, duration, value, and/or revocation of Tier Credits may be modified at any time in DraftKings’ sole discretion. Tier Credits will be automatically credited to the player’s Tier Credit balance. Tier Credits will accrue on a fractional basis; however, a player’s Tier Credit balance will only display the total Tier Credit amount as a whole number (rounded down). Tier Credits balances expire and reset to zero (0) annually on January 3. Players may view their Tier Credit balance at any time on any DraftKings site. The rate at which Tier Credits are accrued varies based on contest, wager, bet type, entry fee, or purchase price. 8. WAGERING/ENTRY FEES/ORDER REQUIREMENTS RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

9. ORDER OF FUNDS USED
Funds are used in the following order: (i) DK Dollars, then (ii) Cash in your cash balance.
10. ELIGIBLE GAMES

11. RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
You may withdraw funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager, entry fee, or order placed on a DraftKings platform in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. Subject to any play-through restrictions in connection with a promotion, funds earned from winnings may be withdrawn at any time.
12. RULES REGARDING CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager, entry fee, or order placed on a DraftKings platform in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

14. OTHER INFORMATION
Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, or violated the Terms, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the Terms. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. DraftKings account holders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards if you have violated or attempted to violate the Terms, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing wagers, entry fees, or orders on behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures, and abusing the DraftKings Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program, or any other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.
If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.
