* Promotion only available to qualified Onyx Tier Dynasty players (“Players”) located in any of the 50 United States and D.C. or Canada who have directly received this marketing from, and on behalf of, DraftKings. Void where prohibited. Any player who receives this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible. Players who have been gifted Onyx Tier status through a trial or status extension are not eligible. Players who are banned, on the Self Excluded list, or in a cool down period may not be eligible for this promotion, and DraftKings cannot contact Player. Players with a chargeback on their account are not eligible for this Promotion until such chargeback is resolved before the end of the Selection Period. If you have any questions, please contact support@draftkings.com. Players must have earned a minimum of 175,000 tier credits to be eligible for Onyx Elite Credit reward. A Player’s total accumulated tier credits from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23 determine how many Onyx Elite Credits are rewarded. The reward amounts are as follows: • 2 Onyx Elite Credits (175,000- 299,999 tier credits), • 3 Onyx Elite Credits (300,000-499,999 tier credits), • 4 Onyx Elite Credits (500,000- 749,999 tier credits), • 5 Onyx Elite Credits (750,000- 999,999 tier credits); or • 6 Onyx Elite Credits (1,000,000+ tier credits). Eligible Players will receive the opportunity to redeem their Onyx Elite Credits for a selection of items, determined at DraftKings sole discretion, from the reward collection and must select their reward(s) during the Selection Period beginning in January 22, 2024 at 10:00 AM ET and ending on February 16, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. If your Onyx Elite Credits are not used and an award is not claimed during the Selection Period, your Onyx Elite Credits will be forfeited. DraftKings reserves the right to change the reward collection at any time. Each item in the reward collection will be identified as costing between 2 and 6 Onyx Elite Credits. There are no requirements to use all your rewarded credits on one item if you are awarded multiple credits. Prior to selecting rewards, each eligible Player will be told how many Onyx Elite Credits they have earned. In order to claim the reward, eligible Players must select an item from the provided collection and inform their host of their reward decision during the Selection Period. If Onyx Elite Credit(s) are not used to select a reward during the Selection Period, the credit(s) will be forfeited. The entire collection of rewards and expanded details of each reward offering will be available prior to the Selection Period in 2024. Additionally, all eligible Players must verify their home address/email address prior to claiming the reward. By selecting a reward, the eligible Players are giving DraftKings permission to share their contact information with the vendor responsible for fulfilling the reward for the sole purpose of fulfillment. Chosen rewards are non-cashable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. Players must choose reward(s) within their awarded Onyx Tier Credit total. Players are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety at any time or exclude any individual(s) from participation, if it determines at its sole discretion there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.
