Members who choose to redeem their Tier Credits for Wheels Up Flight Credit will be sent a message to the email address associated with
their DraftKings account with instructions to establish an account with Wheels Up Partners LLC (“Wheels Up”), if they do not already have one. Additional terms apply.  For full terms, visit www.wheelsup.com/digital -terms-of-use.

Each Tier Credit shall entitle a Member to US$2,300 in Wheels Up Flight Credit. Member must redeem at least ten (10) Tier Credits and up to a maximum of twenty (20) Tier Credits on a single Gift Selection. In the
event a Member wishes to redeem more than twenty (20) Tier Credits, such Member shall be permitted to make multiple selections on the Gift Selection Site (for example purposes only, in the event a Member wishes to redeem twenty three (23) Tier Credits, such Member shall be entitled to first select to redeem ten (10) Tier Credits, and then separately select to redeem thirteen (13) Tier Credits). Any sample one-way routes displayed on the Gift Selection Site are estimates only. The cost of each flight is determined at time of booking, and will include additional costs and fees including taxes, passenger fees, and additional costs and fees imposed by the aircraft operator.

Wheels Up Flight Credit will be added to Member’s Wheels Up Account. Wheels Up Flight Credit may only be used towards the cost of air transportation arranged by Wheels Up. Wheels Up Flight Credit is not transferable or redeemable for any other purpose, and it cannot be converted into cash or otherwise paid to Member. All Wheels Up Flight Credit
automatically expires 12 months after issuance. Member may check their Wheels Up Flight Credit balance or apply such credit to a flight in the Wheels Up mobile application, on the Wheels Up website, or by calling 1-855-FLY-8760 (1-855-359-8760).

Member’s flights shall be arranged by Wheels Up or Air Partner LLC, each acting as a bona fide agent for charterer. Flights that depart from, or arrive, or conducted entirely outside of the U.S. shall be arranged by Air Partner Limited, acting as a foreign indirect air carrier. All flights are subject to the Wheels Up Terms of Service, found at www.wheelsup.com/terms-of-service
and Wheels Up Passenger Notices, found at www.wheelsup.com/passenger-notices.

All flights shall be operated by a direct air carrier or foreign direct air carrier that holds an air carrier certificate under 14 C.F.R. § 119 (or equivalent license as a foreign air carrier under applicable foreign law), authorizing them to furnish air transportation services pursuant to 14 C.F.R § 121, 129 or 135 (or equivalent license authority as a foreign air carrier under applicable foreign law), as such air carrier may be utilized or designated to charterer with prior notice.
